What we collect

Enquiries and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include about your project.

Website usage: pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. Collected via Google Analytics using cookies.

Clients and prospective clients: contact details, correspondence, project briefs, contracts and billing information.

Filming and production: where we film an event or produce video content, recordings may contain images, voices and likenesses of people present. Where we film on behalf of a client, that client is normally the data controller for the footage and is responsible for informing attendees that filming is taking place. Where we produce content for our own marketing, we obtain consent from anyone clearly identifiable.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes - legitimate interests. To deliver services you have engaged us for - performance of a contract. To send invoices and keep financial records - legal obligation. To understand how our website is used - consent, via our cookie banner. To show examples of our work in our portfolio - legitimate interests, or consent where an individual is clearly identifiable.

We use third-party services that process data on our behalf: Squarespace — website hosting and contact form submissions Zoho — email Google Analytics — website usage statistics CLOUD STORAGE PROVIDER — file storage and delivery of footage ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE — invoicing and financial records We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising purposes. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: 2 years
Client records and correspondence: 5 years
Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC
Footage and production files: In perpetuity, or as agreed with the client in the project contract
Website analytics: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 2 years
